What to Expect on Your First Visit
Your first visit is designed to be thorough, personalized, and focused on understanding you, how you move, where it hurts, and what will help you feel strong again.
1. Warm Welcome & Health Intake
We start by listening. You’ll share your movement goals, pain points, medical history, and any past imaging (X-rays, MRIs, reports). Bringing prior scans or reports helps us build the most accurate picture of your health.
2. Movement-Focused Consultation
Dr. Morris will talk with you about your symptoms and how they affect your day-to-day and athletic activities. Expect guided movement assessments and mobility checks to evaluate how your body is functioning.
3. Comprehensive Examination
Next, we assess posture, joint mobility, and functional patterns. This includes hands-on checks and specific tests tailored to your unique presentation, all with clarity and comfort in mind.
4. Personalized Care Plan
Once we understand your condition, your doctor will explain the diagnosis and propose a customized care plan. This discussion includes what treatments may be recommended, how they work, and the goals we’re working toward together.ay be recommended, how they work, and the goals we’re working toward together.

If it’s appropriate and you’re ready, we may begin treatment during this visit. This can include gentle chiropractic adjustments, targeted mobilizations, or decompression techniques, all aimed at restoring function and reducing discomfort.
